Final opera by German composer Richard Strauss, subtitled 'A Conversation Piece for Music'.Wikipedia

Leporello don giovanni pdf. Giovanni as 'Leporello' then serenades Zerlina ('Deh, vieni alla finestra'), but he is forced to hide when Masetto and some armed villagers come looking for him. 'Leporello' tells them that he has left his master, and he sends them off in all directions to find Giovanni. Leporello, servant to Don Giovanni, serves as lookout and waits impatiently as his master daringly breaks into the house to seduce the Commandant's daughter. He grumbles about his thankless job—no sleep, little pay, hard work ('Notte e giorno faticar'). Suddenly, Giovanni and Donna Anna rush out of the palace. They are struggling. This great aria is sung by Leporello in the second scene of the first act of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart 's famous opera, Don Giovanni, (read the synopsis of Don Giovanni) when he and Don Giovanni are confronted by Don Giovanni's past lover, Donna Elvira. Ever since Don Giovanni slept with her and vanished, she has been on the hunt for him.
